Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you have registered and paid for a classroom, online blended or skills session with Emergent CPR Solutions, Emergent CPR Solutions will make a seat reservation for you. This guarantees that you have a reserved seat in the class or skills session that you register for. If you must cancel your registration for any reason please contact us via email at office@emergentcprsolutions.com with your request and explanation. Cancellations requested more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled class may receive a refund with a deduction of a $10.00 administrative fee. All online courses and keycodes assigned to a student are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferrable. Please note we will not issue refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class or for any missed classes. In these cases, you forfeit your payment, or you can pay the $20.00 rescheduling fee to attend the scheduled class on a different date and time. Emergent CPR Solutions will accommodate you and help you get into the next CPR training class or skills session available.
No-Show
If you register for a class or skills session and don’t show up to the scheduled class or skills session and has not rescheduled, thats considered a no-show and you then forfeit the complete paid registration fee. No-show customers may reschedule for a different date, and will be responsible for the $20.00 rescheduling fee. Special exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to emergencies and other circumstances.
Rescheduling
If you registered and paid for a class, but can’t make that particular date or time, please call or email office@emergentcprsolutions.com for new registration and please provide class, date and time for course or skills session you want to complete. Please note if you reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled class, or after a missed class, you must pay a $20.00 rescheduling fee before you’re allowed to reschedule for a different date.
Attendance
It is strongly recommended that that you be at Emergent CPR Solutions at the scheduled listed class time. CPR training begins the moment the instructor begins his/her lesson. Students are expected to arrive on time and be present for the entire class to receive a certification. Students arriving more than 10 (ten) minutes late for a traditional class may be denied entry altogether. Students arriving more than 5 (five) minutes late for a skills check will be denied entry into the session, and will have to reschedule their skills check session. A $20 rescheduling fee applies. Please note, if a student chooses not to reschedule your class or skills session then your registration fee will be forfeited altogether, meaning you will not receive a refund. Students also cannot bring non-registered attendees to their class (e.g., friends, family, children, co-workers, etc,).
